Shipping policy

An email will be sent to you once full or partial payment is received for any online of the courses in which you register.

The email will provide information on how to access the course. 

Initially, you will choose the level you would like to complete.

You have until the end of week 2 - day 14 from the day of purchase - (i.e a 14-day grace period) to contact us, if you would like to move to a more appropriate level, or to receive a refund.
