Online Courses

You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel the product and receive a full refund, not including the $29.00 administration fee.

In order to receive an 80% refund, not including the $29 administration fee, there is a 2-week grace period (5 pm NZ time, day 14 from the day of purchase) in which you can cancel your registration.

You may still cancel after our 14-day grace period. However, there is no refund after 5 pm NZ time, day 14 from the day of purchase.

Other Purchased Website Products

You have 24 hours from the arrival of the product/s to you and or your premises, to email us and let us know that you would like to return the item. These return costs are at your expense.

Once the return arrives in our warehouse, we will organise a direct refund of the product into your account. The product must be returned in the state it left our warehouse for a refund to be valid.
