Peter Te Rangi is based in Palmerston North and has over 40 years’ experience working as an educator in Primary and Bilingual education.
He has a vast experience in the Special Education Services, with 20 years of practice as a Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour within the Manawatū region.
